Alhaji Husseini Zanwa Akwanga, Federal Minister for Labour and Productivity who is from Nasarawa State at the Weekend paid a courtesy call on Governor Adamu to thank him for the role he played in his nomination and confirmation process.

Leading a delegation of family and political associates, Alhaji Akwanga paid tribute to the leadership qualities of Governor Adamu and wished him God's guidance in the leadership of Nasarawa state. The Minister pledged his tenure to promoting the interest of the state as well as the virtues of transparency and accountability.

Receiving the delegation, Governor Adamu urged them to ensure that they always promoted the development of the state rather than personal and selfish interests. He said he had no doubt that Alhaji Akwanga will give his best to the people of Nigeria and Nasarawa state.
