Governor Adamu Inspects Work On Nasarawa Golf Course

Construction work on the Lafia Golf Course has commenced in earnest. This was disclosed to Governor Adamu when he paid an inspection visit to the site along Makurdi Road, Lafia. Governor Adamu during the visit reiterated his determination to complete the project in order to give the people of Nasarawa state an avenue to relax and unwind.

The Golf course, which covers an area of almost thirty hectares, is being developed to a world-class golf course which can accommodate a competition of world standards. During the tour, Governor Adamu asked the contractor to ensure that he provided all the facilities that are required for the course to host a PGA competition.

The Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, the Majority Leader of the House and top government officials accompanied the Governor, who inspected the already completed tee point, on the visit.
